Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction estimating experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven history of estimating and securing large-scale projects.
• Proficient in estimating software (Sage, Accubid, Bluebeam) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the estimating team to high performance.
• Oversee detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subs.
• Coordinate with VPEs, PMs, engineers, and architects to gather data.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate estimates.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for estimates.
• Support bid proposals and contract negotiations.
• Drive process improvements for estimating efficiency.
