RMCI, Inc., part of Nox Group, seeks a Senior Estimator in Phoenix, AZ to support single large projects or multiple smaller ones. This role involves bid preparation, cost analysis, and providing administrative support to the estimating department.

You will develop layouts, review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze costs with guidance from management, while collaborating with preconstruction and operations to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Experience in industrial projects is highly desirable.
• Proficient in estimating software: Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Sage Estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare estimates by reviewing project plans, specifications, and documents with direct guidance from management.
• Develop and understand layout plans, processes, and construction environments.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis with supervision.
• Provide support to preconstruction activities such as document control and research.
• Assist in bid management and submission of comprehensive bid packages.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve estimating processes.
