RMCI, a subsidiary of Nox Group, is seeking a VP of Estimating to provide executive leadership for all estimating operations across markets. You will set strategy, govern standards, and guide Chief Estimators to deliver high-quality, competitive cost estimates for major projects.

The role requires building a high-performing team, implementing best practices, and engaging clients to ensure win strategies align with profitability and growth targets.

Formación

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
• Proven track record leading large-scale estimating operations and securing major projects across markets.
• Experience in industrial construction sectors (data centers, manufacturing, semiconductor, water/wastewater) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide estimating strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Provide leadership to Chief Estimators and RMCI estimating group.
• Build and retain a high-performing estimating team through mentorship and career development.
• Establish quality controls, playbooks, and processes for consistency and accuracy.
• Oversee preparation and review of detailed estimates for major projects; review pricing strategies.
• Lead client-facing estimating presentations and negotiations for strategic bids.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and executives on bid strategy and risk.
