Job summary

KRB Development, LLC in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Estimator / Project Lead to own projects from first handshake to final walkthrough. You will meet with clients, build estimates and proposals, close deals, and guide jobs through completion while coordinating with the Office Manager.

The role requires at least 5 years of estimating experience with a general contractor, strong sales and communication skills, and proficiency with construction estimating software.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of estimating experience with a general contractor.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Proven ability to build accurate estimates and proposals.
• Experience with construction estimating software.
• Strong math/analytical abilities.

• Ability to forecast costs and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients, walk sites, and build relationships.
• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and professional proposals.
• Sell work by presenting proposals and closing contracts.
• Manage projects from start to finish including scope, schedule, subs, budget.
• Coordinate daily with Office Manager and field team.
• Help develop systems and processes for the role.
