Job summary

You will collaborate with architects, owners, and suppliers, develop conceptual estimates, and contribute to value engineering. A strong background in construction costs and preconstruction is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, ten years of diversified estimating and construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating team to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and apply unit costs.
• Invite subcontractors to submit pricing and prepare complete bid packages.
• Review documents for negotiated and bid projects and define the scope of work.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout design and preconstruction.
