Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, minimum ten years of diversified estimating and construction experience.
• Experience in civil infrastructure supporting infrastructure work preferred; Water/Wastewater plants and related facilities.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure costs, production-based estimating, and unit-pricing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Leads the estimating team to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and apply unit costs.
• Invites subcontractors to submit pricing using approved contractor list.
• Creates bid packages that are complete and easy to follow.
• Reviews documents for negotiated and bid projects; determines scope of work.
