Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, minimum ten years of diversified estimating and construction experience.
• Experience with civil infrastructure projects and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating team to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bids.
• Review documents for negotiated and bid projects and define scope.
• Collaborate with architects, owner reps, subcontractors, and Webcor staff.
• Participate in design meetings with owners and architects.
• Involve SMEs to improve cost, schedule, quality, and constructability.
• Lead relationships with owners and architects.
• Develop conceptual estimates at a strategic level.
• Maintain master subcontractor list and manage supplier data.
• Mentor junior team members and perform peer reviews.
