Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of relevant estimating experience.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Take-off, Destini, and site-work software.
• Ability to present estimating deliverables internally and externally.
• Ability to estimate multi-discipline projects and multiple delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Leads the estimating deliverable for entire projects with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinates development of site services costs with operations and preconstruction teams.
• Mentors a team of estimators on large, multi-disciplinary estimates.
• Reviews project plans and requirements to ensure accurate costing.
• Develops contingency and allowances for estimates.
