Positions offer a hybrid schedule and base salaries up to $192,300, with top markets reaching $211,500, plus incentive eligibility.

Two senior levels accommodate 6+ to 9+ years’ experience, with Minneapolis as the priority location and consideration for nearby regional offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction; ability to lead full estimates on large, complex projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Estimating, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading estimator teams and managing multiple complex estimates.
• Ability to build conceptual, detailed and self-perform estimates using cost history.
• Proficiency with BIM, plans, and project documents for quantity takeoffs.
• Experience with Bid/Tender platforms and takeoff tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating on large, complex projects from early design through submission.
• Develop conceptual, detailed, and self-perform estimates and cost models.
• Organize pricing, scheduling, and submission activities.
• Coordinate kickoffs, status updates, plan flips, and final reviews.
• Develop subcontractor strategy and review proposals.
• Prepare quantity surveys using BIM and project documents.
• Incorporate contract requirements into reliable estimates.
• Write and submit RFIs and align stakeholders on scope.
• Analyze historical data to price current work by unit-price and systems.
• Assist in selecting building systems and support scheduling.
• Lead, train, and mentor estimators, including performance reviews.
