Job summary

Trueline, one of the country’s largest builders, seeks Senior Estimators to join the Denver team on a hybrid schedule. Lead estimates on multi-market projects, including sports, data centers, federal, and manufacturing. Compensation includes base salaries up to 211,500 and an incentive plan.

Two senior levels exist (6+ vs 9+ years). Minneapolis is listed as a priority location, with consideration for nearby regional offices. Strong leadership and BIM-based estimation experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction estimating on large, complex commercial projects.
• Experience leading teams of estimators and managing multiple estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts on large, complex projects from design through final pricing.
• Develop conceptual, detailed, and self-perform estimates and cost models.
• Organize, plan, and manage estimate preparation, pricing, scheduling, and submission.
• Lead, train, and mentor estimators, including performance evaluations.
