A well-established commercial general contractor is looking to add a Senior Estimator to support continued growth throughout Northeast Wisconsin. The company has built a strong reputation across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, healthcare, and institutional construction and continues to secure negotiated and design-build opportunities throughout the region.

This position will play a key role in evaluating new opportunities, preparing conceptual budgets, developing detailed estimates, managing subcontractor relationships, and supporting project pursuits from early planning through contract award.

The ideal candidate understands both the technical and strategic side of estimating and enjoys collaborating with operations teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors during the preconstruction process.

With manufacturing expansion and industrial development continuing throughout the Fox Valley and Green Bay markets, this role offers long-term stability and exposure to a diverse pipeline of projects.
