Job summary

Trueline in Nashville, TN seeks Senior Estimators to lead estimating on large, complex projects across sports, data centers, federal, manufacturing, and ground-up work. Hybrid schedule; office Tue–Thu, remote Mon–Fri. Base salaries cited up to $211.5k in select markets, with incentive opportunities.

Two senior levels exist (6+ and 9+ years). Minneapolis is a priority market but regional candidates will be considered. Strong leadership and BIM/estimating tool proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction industry experience with leadership of full estimates on large, complex projects.
• Degree in CM / Estimating / Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams of estimators on multiple estimates simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts on large, complex projects from early design through final pricing and submission.
• Develop conceptual, detailed, and self-perform estimates and cost models.
• Organize estimate preparation, pricing, scheduling, and submission.
