Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction and estimating experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Experience with take-off and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project specs and plans for quantity surveys.
• Prepare detailed estimates including self-performed and subcontracted work.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and project team on bids.
• Mentor Estimator I/II and develop bid cards.
• Support schedule input and cost history evaluation.
• Attend design team and owner meetings and participate in PM activities.
