This remote-based role travels to project sites for owner meetings and leads estimating on complex Mission Critical projects, including conceptual estimates, budgets, value engineering, and subcontractor relations. The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years of estimating experience and 10+ years in construction, strong Excel proficiency, and experience with estimating

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating efforts on large/complex projects in the Mission Critical market.
• Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates from drawings/specifications.
• Manage subcontractor solicitation and selection; ensure bid quality and GMP readiness.
