Job summary

Leoforce in Jessup, MD is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the bid process from start to finish, prepare bid packages, and provide accurate cost estimates for diverse construction projects. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field crews, manage RFIs promptly, and help keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction estimation and project management.
• Proven bid management experience with RFIs and bid packages.
• Strong project management with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bid process from start to finish with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and deliver bid packages with all required documentation.
• Handle RFIs promptly and accurately, resolving inquiries.
• Provide accurate cost estimates considering materials, labor, and equipment.
• Oversee project management to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and field workers.
• Monitor industry trends and update estimation methods as needed.
