Qualifications
10+ years of construction estimating experience in site construction or heavy civil projects.
5+ years in a senior estimating role or leadership experience.
Familiarity with civil drawings and project plans.
Responsibilities
Lead cost estimates and bid proposals for paving and excavation.
Manage the entire bid process, including mass excavation and grading.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and clients.
