Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction estimating experience in site construction or heavy civil projects.
• 5+ years in a senior estimating role or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with civil drawings and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimates and bid proposals for paving and excavation.
• Manage the entire bid process, including mass excavation and grading.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and clients.
