Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required.
• 12+ years in construction with 6+ years in Preconstruction/Estimating and leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, integrity, and margin impact of preconstruction estimates across all platforms.
• Hold final review and approval authority over pursuit pricing and risk assumptions.
• Lead estimate-to-actual performance and post-project cost reviews.
