Responsibilities include preparing bid estimates, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients and vendors while upholding enterprise estimating standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field (or 13 years of equivalent cost-estimating experience).
• 9+ years of relevant cost-estimating experience if no degree.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees preparation of independent cost estimates for submitted change orders.
• Provides cost support during Value Engineering Studies and design charettes.
• Creates complex cost models for cost estimating elements.
• Prepares bids and estimates for construction projects.
• Mentors Estimators I, II and III and may serve as technical lead.
