Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9 years cost estimating experience, or 13 years without degree.
• Experience with cost models, parametric estimating, and bid preparation.
• Familiarity with design-build and CM services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee independent cost estimates for change orders and bids.
• Create complex cost models and perform value engineering support.
• Prepare economic cost studies, cash flows and contingency analyses.
• Mentor junior estimators and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Develop production-based bottom-up estimates aligned with schedules.
• Ensure quality control for quantity takeoffs and calculations.
