Trueline Talent is recruiting for Senior Estimators in Minneapolis, MN, on a hybrid schedule. You will lead estimating on large, complex projects across sports, data center, federal, manufacturing, and ground-up sectors.

Two senior levels exist, starting at 6+ years with potential for 9+ years. Base salary ranges from $109,300 to $192,300 in Minneapolis and up to $211,500 in select markets, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction, leading full estimates on large projects.
• Experience leading teams of estimators on complex commercial work.
• Proficiency with BIM, plans, and project documents to quantify work.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating on large, complex projects from design to pricing and submission.
• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates and cost models including general conditions.
• Plan estimate prep, pricing, scheduling, and submission.
• Lead kickoffs, status updates, and final estimate reviews.
• Create trade partner strategy and review subcontractor proposals.
• Perform quantity surveys using BIM, plans, and documents.
• Incorporate contract requirements into complete estimates.
