Job summary

Trueline, a leading builder, is seeking multiple Senior Estimators to join their Minneapolis team on a hybrid schedule. Base salaries reach $192,300 in Minneapolis and up to $211,500 in select markets, with an incentive plan.

Two senior levels exist (6+ and 9+ years). You will lead estimating on large, complex projects across sports, data centers, federal, manufacturing, and ground-up construction, with opportunities to grow across regional offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction estimating experience leading large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating on large, complex projects from design through final pricing and submission.
• Develop conceptual, detailed, and self-perform estimates and cost models.
• Organize, plan, and coordinate estimate preparation, pricing, scheduling, and submission.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status updates, plan flips, and final estimate reviews.
• Develop trade partner strategies and select subcontractors for bidding.
• Complete quantity surveys using BIM, plans, and project documents.
• Incorporate contract requirements into estimates including tax laws and permits.
• Write and submit RFIs and align stakeholders on scope.
• Analyze historical data to price work at unit-price and building-systems levels.
• Assist in selecting building systems and support project scheduling.
• Lead, train, and mentor estimators with performance evaluations.
