Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in heavy civil construction.
• At least 10 years of estimating leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction means, methods, and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process for projects bid and awarded in the division with standardized procedures.
• Develop bidding strategies, pricing methodologies, and cost estimation standards.
• Oversee cost databases, bid management systems, and preconstruction tools.
• Mentor and develop estimating personnel and promote continuous improvement.
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure complete scope coverage and accurate pricing.
