Hands-on Primavera scheduling experience is required, with a focus on pre-award and baseline schedules. This role offers a direct succession path toward Chief Estimator, a hybrid work setup after one year, and a strong

Qualifikationen

• 5–10+ years of heavy civil estimating experience.
• Strong background in roadwork, sitework, paving, drainage, utilities, earthwork, concrete and subcontracted scopes.
• Hands-on Primavera scheduling experience.
• Strong plan reading, specification review and quantity takeoff skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review estimates for roadwork, sitework, paving, drainage, utilities, earthwork, concrete and subcontracted scopes.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from plans, profiles, cross sections, bid forms and specifications.
• Build estimates using labor, equipment, materials, trucking, subcontractors, vendors and production assumptions.
• Create Primavera pre-award schedules covering bid strategy, phasing, procurement, MOT, milestones and project duration.
• Develop Primavera baseline schedules following award for owner submission and project control.
• Review subcontractor and vendor quotes for scope gaps, exclusions and schedule risk.
• Participate in bid reviews and support the transition from estimating into operations.
• Mentor junior estimators and progress toward estimating department leadership.
