The role involves leading estimating activities and coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and Supply Chain. Requirements include 10+ years in construction/estimating, experience leading bid teams and mentoring and coaching, and proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Primavera P6 and Bluebeam.

I’m currently looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a major U.S. civil infrastructure contractor in Cheshire, Connecticut.

The role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy civil construction, estimating and bid management, who is comfortable leading estimating activities and coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and Supply Chain.

Experience: 10+ years in construction / estimating

Leadership: Bid team management, mentoring & coaching

Preferred tools: HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Primavera P6, Bluebeam
