Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator C&I to lead a multi-discipline estimating group on complex commercial and industrial projects. The role focuses on competitiveness, profitability, and growth, with responsibility for bid reviews and strategic pricing.

The Senior Estimator will guide the team, coordinate with subcontractors, and develop labor costs and installation strategies based on project conditions and historical data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a similar field.
• Proficient with Accubid, Bluebeam, and MS Office; knowledge of NEC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates per MYR Group policies and procedures.
• Lead estimators in producing precise takeoffs.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies including alternates, value engineering, phasing, and contingency.
• Own bid compliance and final pricing strategy with leadership.
• Participate in estimate review with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
