Job summary

Brinker Group seeks a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating team and drive budgets and pre-bid packages for large-scale projects. You will develop full-scope estimates for multiple delivery methods and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to optimize bid outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in preconstruction/estimating, with strong leadership, communication, and cost-analysis skills. LEED accreditation is preferred and project experience ranges from $30–$100M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 10+ years of preconstruction/estimating and/or operations experience on commercial projects.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estimating Team and manage the full estimate deliverable process.
• Analyze drawings and specs to determine scope and risk.
• Develop full-scope estimates for bid-build, design-build, or CM/GC.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and prepare quantity takeoffs.
• Coordinate site pre-bid meetings and post-bid interviews.
