Job summary

MCR Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to evaluate bid specifications and assemble data for competitive proposals. You will lead the pursuit of projects across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.

Reports to senior management and will manage subcontractor relationships, solicit and qualify vendors, and ensure timely submission of high-quality bids that maximize earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project experience.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability on projects.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Review bid specifications and drawings to assemble required data.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain timely information.
• Formulate bids and seek senior management approvals.
• Create bid lists and align subs with projects.
• Ensure bids are submitted on time and error-free.
