Job summary

Thomas Young Group, a Texas-based construction firm with offices in Dallas, Austin, and Lubbock, is seeking an experienced estimator to lead the prebid process and manage bid activities for commercial projects. You will help run bid day, maintain subcontractor databases, and cultivate relationships with trade partners.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of estimating experience with a commercial GC, familiarity with 5–30 million dollar projects, and proficiency in Excel, Project, or Procore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience on commercial projects valued between $5 million and $30 million or more.
• K-12 project experience is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and/or Procore.
