Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment in Houston is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead the cost estimation for $200M+ commercial projects. You will own estimates from concept through GMP, contract award, and turnover, developing detailed multi-stage estimates across trades.

The role requires 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, with proven ability to independently guide complex bids for Tier 1 or large regional GC environments.

• Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and cost development across multiple trades.
• Develop detailed labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and general conditions pricing.
