Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years estimating experience required; 8+ years preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications; proficient Excel and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Develop scopes of work and manage pricing, bid solicitation and coordination.
• Provide constructability reviews and assist with risk management.
