Qualifications

• At least 5 years of prior estimating experience in the construction industry.
• Comfortable with estimating 120 - 200 projects per year.
• Experience in team leadership and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid schedules and prepare project estimates.
• Maintain and update estimating systems and pricing.
• Evaluate bid results and compare costs against budgets.
• Manage and mentor other estimators.
