Job summary

Electrical Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee design-build electrical projects in Wisconsin. You will estimate, lead cross-functional teams, and manage budgets to deliver commercial and industrial work.

The role requires a strong background in electrical construction and design, with the ability to develop as a lead estimator or PM on diverse projects, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Construction Management.
• Master Electrician is a plus.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate takeoff quantities and determine project scope for bids.
• Lead project team on electrical remodels and new construction.
• Progress to lead Project Manager or Lead Estimator as appropriate.
• Conduct constructability reviews with Engineering Team and aid Alternative Technical Concepts.
• Schedule crews, equipment and materials to complete projects.
• Collaborate with project engineers and superintendents to solve field issues.
• Solicit prices from subcontractors and vendors; ensure on-time, on-plan work.
• Communicate with project owners to update status and ensure satisfaction.
• Build relationships with owners and stakeholders; manage public interactions.
• Ensure project safety and compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
• Manage budgets, pay applications, and subcontractor/vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with utility companies on project impact.
• Oversee on-site work per plans and specifications.
• Perform simple designs and field surveys; handle service calls.
