Job summary

Faced The Facial Studio seeks an experienced esthetician to evaluate clients and deliver on-brand facials, including Hydrafacials, while recommending at-home regimes. You will build repeat clients and educate clients about skincare in a welcoming, luxurious setting.

The role requires 1+ year facial experience, GA licensure, and the ability to manage scheduling, sanitation, and ongoing education, with compensation in a commission-based range.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience offering facials.
• Experience with Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, LED, and related tools.
• Must have Georgia State Board of Cosmetology Esthetician License.

Responsibilities

• Generate repeat clients and members.
• Provide safe, effective, on-brand facials per Faced protocols.
• Offer an educational experience for clients.
• Create a relaxing, tailored customer experience.
• Create, update, and follow a customized treatment plan for each client.
• Meet the highest sanitation standards.
• Pursue ongoing education and stay on top of new industry findings.
• Follow-up with clients.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
