Job summary

Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC in Pittsburgh seeks a Senior Associate/Member to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution group with a focus on estate and trust litigation.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience litigating will contests, trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other contested estate and trust proceedings, together with strong first-chair courtroom and ADR experience.

Qualifications

• Substantial litigation experience in estate, trust, and fiduciary disputes.
• Experience handling will contests, trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty, accounting actions.
• Significant first-chair trial, evidentiary hearings, mediation, and arbitration.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral argument skills.
• Ability to manage all phases of litigation and mentor junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-stakes estate and trust litigation matters and develop a client-facing practice.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to grow the firm’s estate/trust litigation practice.
