Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Orphans’ Court proceedings, including estate disputes, guardianships, and trust administration.
• Provide expert legal counsel and strategic advice to clients navigating complex probate, trust, and guardianship issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners and clients to develop case strategies and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
• Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a demonstrated track record of successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the litigation process a must; knowledge of probate law, estate planning, and guardianship issues a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
