• Experience appearing in court and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

METZ LEWIS SEEKS TO HIRE AN ASSOCIATE TO JOIN ITS LITIGATION GROUP.

We are currently searching for an experienced Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of litigation experience, including handling and managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing briefs and motions, and courtroom and ADR proceedings. Manage and support litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle, including discovery, depositions, legal research, motion practice, court appearances, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, trial preparation, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral advocacy, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and contributing to a collaborative firm culture.
• Experience in commercial litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage, or other complex litigation matters is preferred.
