Responsibilities

• Own daily wellness of the primary residence and monitor active projects.
• Build written operating plans for each property and rotation.
• Coordinate vendors, contracts, and quality control across properties.
• Oversee construction, renovation, and redecoration.
• Manage household bill tracking and payment workflow.
• Plan and execute quarterly hosting and social events.
• Manage and grow family calendar; weekly meetings and reviews.
• Build systems for inventory, maintenance, and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion; NDA and background check.
