Job summary

British American Household Staffing is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee multi-property operations in Hillsborough and San Francisco. The role requires hands-on, discreet leadership of staff, vendors, and project coordination across residences and travel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in private UHNW households, exceptional judgment, and the ability to manage both strategic oversight and day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Estate Manager/House Manager in private UHNW households.

Responsibilities

• Oversee household operations across multiple properties and vendor relationships.
• Direct personal support to the principal and family.
• Maintain discretion, organization, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate daily operations with staff, contractors, and service providers.
• Manage calendars, travel logistics, and liaison with Executive Assistant.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and payments with Accounting.
• Liaise with Security to maintain property protocols and safety.
