Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, and supervising renovations and capital projects. You will coordinate security, maintenance, and staffing across multiple residences and assets.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience managing multiple high-value properties for UHNW families or in private service.

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and security of luxury residences and assets across multiple properties.
• Recruit, train, and supervise estate staff across locations.
• Create and manage property budgets; monitor expenses and reporting.
• Source and manage vendors for maintenance, landscaping, security, and projects.
• Oversee renovations and capital projects, manage budgets and timelines.
• Support with world-class facilities like a golf club and private squash facility.
• Plan and execute private events and family gatherings at the estates.
