Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Equipment Chief Engineer for the Evolved SeaSparrow Missile (ESSM) program. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience coordinating large multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience with production/test environments and government interfaces.
Willingness to travel 10–20%.
Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead TE activities across production and sustainment engineering.
Chair engineering review, configuration control and failure review boards.
Provide technical leadership and fast, viable resolution paths for factory issues.
Coordinate with customer TechRep and LSE Industrial Partners.
