RTX is seeking a Test Equipment Chief Engineer for the ESSM program. The role is onsite in Tucson, AZ and provides technical leadership across TE activities, coordinating with production, suppliers, and customer TechRep to resolve factory issues and sustain backlog.

You will chair engineering and failure review boards, drive risk-aware strategies, and balance technical solutions with business outcomes while traveling 10–20% and ensuring security clearance requirements are met.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual budgets.
• Experience leading technical teams in production and government interfaces.
• Experience in test system design, hardware, or software across disciplines.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
• Active and transferable U.S. government secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
