Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Sustainability Senior Manager to scale ESG programs in the US, coordinating with internal teams on compliance, reporting, and governance.

The role emphasizes product energy efficiency, responsible materials, and sustainability operations to align with corporate initiatives. You will support communications, sales, and operations teams, measure SEA’s performance against goals, and lead KPI dashboards and engagement activities with cross-functional partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior-level experience in ESG program development and integration.
• Ability to recognize problems and develop solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven experience influencing leadership on policy initiatives.
• Deep understanding of contemporary ESG issues and stakeholder perspectives.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the scale and impact of ESG programs in the US.
• Manage compliance and reporting across SEA entities and governance.
• Develop KPI dashboards and regular performance reviews.
• Support communications, events, and engagement on sustainability priorities.
• Respond to ESG-related RFPs and customer inquiries; develop collateral.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and energy initiatives.
