Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior-level experience developing and implementing ESG programs with business integration.
• Strong ability to analyze data and influence leadership on policy changes.
• Independent judgment with minimal supervision and sound financial acumen.
• Experience implementing integrated ESG programs, KPI reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG compliance and reporting across SEA US units.
• Develop KPI dashboards and regular performance reviews for sustainability.
• Support governance, cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Review marketing claims and corporate ESG reporting for accuracy.
• Assist sales and operations with sustainability-related RFPs and collaterals.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and responsible procurement.
