Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Sustainability Senior Manager to lead US ESG programs and align sustainability initiatives with corporate objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams to strengthen governance, reporting, and program integration across SEA functions.

The role emphasizes emissions management, energy efficiency, responsible materials, supplier engagement, and stakeholder communications to advance SEA’s sustainability priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior-level, progressive experience developing and implementing ESG programs with strong business integration.
• Exercises a high degree of independent judgment in recognizing problems and developing solutions.
• Experience influencing company leadership on new policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG program strategy and cross-functional integration across SEA US.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and governance.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting cadence for sustainability performance reviews.
• Support communications, sales, and operations with sustainability data and storytelling.
• Audit and verify sustainability content in marketing, corporate reporting and external tools.
• Support RFP responses and customer inquiries on sustainability topics.
