Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior-level, progressive experience developing and implementing ESG programs, with a strong focus on business integration.
• Exercises a high degree of independent judgment in recognizing problems and developing solutions. Strong business and financial acumen.
• A track record of executing assignments accurately and efficiently, with minimal supervision. Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Experience working with and influencing company leadership on projects that involve new policies and programs.
• Prior experience in implementing an integrated ESG program; especially goal setting, performance metrics/KPI reporting, internal management systems, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across SEA subsidiaries for compliance with U.S. ESG disclosure requirements and climate regulations.
• Own task force with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting is verified and assured with SEA Legal and Finance.
• Support emissions verification and assurance processes.
• Recommend KPI dashboards and support regular sustainability performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and facilitate visibility across SEA.
• Support events, trainings and programs on sustainability priorities.
• Review marketing and PR sustainability claims and updates to US Environmental Toolkit.
