Job summary

VC Stack in New York is seeking a Senior ESG Associate to lead the firm’s ESG engagement program. This role requires 5-7 years of sustainable investment experience and a strong focus on social-related topics.

The selected candidate will work closely with investment teams to support ESG integration, manage ongoing projects, and enhance tracking systems. A hybrid work model is offered, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $165,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of sustainable investment work experience.
• Expertise in Social-related topics (human rights, DE&I) is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal ESG engagement initiative.
• Manage firm-wide ongoing ESG projects.
• Oversee ESG engagement tracking and ratings systems.
