Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Managing Consultant, Transaction Advisory to lead EHS and ESG due diligence for M&A and financing projects across the United States. You will guide buy-side and sell-side analyses, collaborate with ERM experts globally, and drive ESG-enabled decision-making for Fortune 500 clients.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, leadership, and business development, with travel across preferred offices in NJ, TX, and LA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, climate science, environmental science, geology, or related discipline.
• 4+ years (10+ years preferred) of environmental consulting experience with a focus on due diligence.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM Phase I standards and core business/legal concepts of transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EHS and ESG due diligence projects from local to global scale.
• Manage project teams and drive timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in proposal writing and development and identify new business opportunities.
