Job summary

Clearsulting LLC seeks a Senior Consulting Analyst, ESG (Workiva) to support ESG implementation engagements and work with clients on reporting requirements. The role offers hybrid or remote work options in the United States and travel up to 20% to support projects.

You will help document processes, develop deliverables, and assist in client workshops while ensuring alignment with ESG standards and SDLC practices. Requires 3+ years in related fields and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting, ESG reporting, financial reporting or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Sustainability or related field.
• Experience with Workiva, particularly ESG, GRC, or Financial Reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting one or more full lifecycle system implementations.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, ISSB, CSRD/ESRS, TCFD).
• Familiarity with ESG questionnaires and reporting programs (CDP, EcoVadis, S&P Global CSA, MSCI, Sustainalytics).
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and stakeholder communications.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG implementation engagements from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to document processes and ESG reporting needs.
• Develop functional documentation, status reports, tests, and training resources.
• Lead client workshops and meetings to gather information and communicate updates.
• Monitor milestones, manage workstreams, and identify risks and dependencies.
• Research ESG regulations and reporting standards to inform recommendations.
• Stay informed on Workiva platform capabilities and certifications.
