Job summary

Clearsulting, based in Ohio with remote options, seeks a Senior Consulting Analyst, ESG (Workiva) to help deliver ESG implementations and document client requirements. You will collaborate with clients and teams to design solutions, develop deliverables, and support workshops and trainings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ESG/finance consulting, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and Workiva experience. This role offers hybrid work with up to 20% travel and a salary range of $84,000-$110,000 USD

Qualifications

3+ years of consulting, ESG reporting, financial reporting, compliance, technology implementation, or related experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Sustainability, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with Workiva, particularly ESG, GRC, or Financial Reporting solutions.
Experience supporting one or more full lifecycle system implementations.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards (GRI, SASB, ISSB, CSRD/ESRS, TCFD).
Familiarity with ESG disclosure questionnaires and reporting programs (CDP, EcoVadis, S&P Global CSA, MSCI, Sustainalytics).
Understanding of SDLC methodologies (requirements gathering, testing, training, deployment).
Experience tracking milestones and managing action items; stakeholder communications.
Exposure to sustainability reporting, ESG programs, governance, risk, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Support ESG implementation engagements across requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to document processes, identify reporting requirements, and support ESG reporting initiatives.
Develop project deliverables including documentation, status reports, testing materials, and training resources.
Assist in client workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather information and communicate updates.
Monitor milestones, manage workstreams, and identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
Research evolving ESG regulations, reporting standards, and industry trends to support recommendations.
Stay informed on Workiva platform capabilities and certification requirements to support implementations.
