Job summary

Everpure is seeking an Escalation Engineer to join our Technical Services team, acting as the primary technical authority bridging front-line support with core engineering. You will tackle critical enterprise container storage challenges across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments to safeguard uptime and inform product reliability.

Qualifications

8 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
Deep Kubernetes/Docker/Tanzu expertise across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
GoLang code analysis and automation tooling for troubleshooting.
Strong incident leadership and crisis communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own high-severity escalations and perform deep troubleshooting.
Bridge Technical Services with Engineering to deliver permanent resolutions.
Mentor engineers and publish knowledge to reduce MTTR.
Analyze telemetry to identify systemic vulnerabilities and provide feedback.
